Deuteronomie 6

1 The end of the Law is obedience. 3 An exhortation thereto.

 6:1 ¶ Now these x2063 are the Commaundements, 4687 the Statutes, 2706 & the Iudgements, 4941 which x834 the LORD 3068 your God 430 commanded 6680 z8765 to teach 3925 z8763 you, that ye might doe 6213 z8800 [them] in the land 776 whither x834 x8033 ye x859 goe 5674 z8802 to possesse 3423 z8800 it:

 6:2 That x4616 thou mightest feare 3372 z8799 x853 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 to keepe 8104 z8800 x853 all x3605 his Statutes, 2708 and his Commandements 4687 which x834 I x595 command 6680 z8764 thee; thou, x859 and thy sonne, 1121 and thy sonnes 1121 sonne, 1121 all x3605 the dayes 3117 of thy life: 2416 and that x4616 thy dayes 3117 may be prolonged. 748 z8686

 6:3 ¶ Heare 8085 z8804 therefore, O Israel, 3478 and obserue 8104 z8804 to do 6213 z8800 [it], that x834 it may be wel 3190 z8799 with thee, and that x834 ye may increase 7235 z8799 mightily, 3966 as x834 the LORD 3068 God 430 of thy fathers 1 hath promised 1696 z8765 thee, in the land 776 that floweth 2100 z8802 with milke 2461 and hony. 1706

 6:4 Heare, 8085 z8798 O Israel, 3478 the LORD 3068 our God 430 [is] one 259 LORD. 3068

 6:5 And thou shalt loue 157 z8804 x853 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 with all x3605 thine heart, 3824 and with all x3605 thy soule, 5315 and with all x3605 thy might. 3966

 6:6 And these x428 words 1697 which x834 I x595 command 6680 z8764 thee this day, 3117 shall bee x1961 in x5921 thine heart. 3824

 6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently 8150 z8765 vnto thy children, 1121 and shalt talke 1696 z8765 of them when thou sittest 3427 z8800 in thine house, 1004 and when thou walkest y3212 z8800 x1980 by the way, 1870 and when thou liest downe, 7901 z8800 and when thou risest vp. 6965 z8800

 6:8 And thou shalt binde 7194 z8804 them for a signe 226 vpon x5921 thine hand, 3027 and they shalbe x1961 as frontlets 2903 betweene x996 thine eyes. 5869

 6:9 And thou shalt write 3789 z8804 them vpon x5921 the posts 4201 of thy house, 1004 and on thy gates. 8179

 6:10 And it shall be x1961 when x3588 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 shall haue brought 935 z8686 thee into x413 the land 776 which x834 hee sware 7650 z8738 vnto thy fathers, 1 to Abraham, 85 to Isaac, 3327 and to Iacob 3290 to giue 5414 z8800 thee, great 1419 and goodly 2896 cities, 5892 which x834 thou buildedst 1129 z8804 not, x3808

 6:11 And houses 1004 full 4392 of all x3605 good 2898 things which x834 thou filledst 4390 z8765 not, x3808 and welles 953 digged 2672 z8803 which x834 thou diggedst 2672 z8804 not, x3808 vineyards 3754 and oliue trees 2132 which x834 thou plantedst 5193 z8804 not, x3808 when thou shalt haue eaten 398 z8804 and be full, 7646 z8804

 6:12 [Then] beware 8104 z8734 lest x6435 thou forget 7911 z8799 x853 the LORD 3068 which x834 brought thee forth 3318 z8689 out of the land 776 x4480 of Egypt, 4714 from the house 1004 x4480 of bondage. 5650

 6:13 Thou shalt feare 3372 z8799 x853 the LORD 3068 thy God, 430 and serue 5647 z8799 him, & shalt sweare 7650 z8735 by his Name. 8034

 6:14 Yee shall not x3808 goe y3212 z8799 x1980 after 310 other 312 gods, 430 of the gods 430 x4480 of the people 5971 which x834 are round about 5439 you:

 6:15 (For x3588 the LORD 3068 thy God 430 is a ielous 7067 God 410 among 7130 you) lest x6435 the anger 639 of the LORD 3068 thy God 430 bee kindled 2734 z8799 against thee, and destroy 8045 z8689 thee from off x4480 x5921 the face 6440 of the earth. 127

 6:16 ¶ Ye shall not x3808 tempt 5254 z8762 x853 the LORD 3068 your God, 430 as x834 yee tempted 5254 z8765 [him] in Massah. 4532

 6:17 You shall diligently y8104 z8800 keepe 8104 z8799 x853 the Commandements 4687 of the LORD 3068 your God, 430 and his Testimonies, 5713 and his Statutes, 2706 which x834 he hath commanded 6680 z8765 thee.

 6:18 And thou shalt doe 6213 z8804 that which [is] right 3477 and good 2896 in the sight 5869 of the LORD: 3068 that x4616 it may be well 3190 z8799 with thee, and that thou mayest goe in, 935 z8804 and possesse 3423 z8804 x853 the good 2896 land 776 which x834 the LORD 3068 sware 7650 z8738 vnto thy fathers: 1

 6:19 To cast out 1920 z8800 x853 all x3605 thine enemies 341 z8802 from before 6440 x4480 thee, as x834 the LORD 3068 hath spoken. 1696 z8765

 6:20 [And] when x3588 thy sonne 1121 asketh 7592 z8799 thee in time to come, 4279 saying, 559 z8800 What x4100 [meane] the Testimonies, 5713 & the Statutes, 2706 and the Iudgements, 4941 which x834 the LORD 3068 our God 430 hath commanded 6680 z8765 you?

 6:21 Then thou shalt say 559 z8804 vnto thy sonne, 1121 We were x1961 Pharaohs 6547 bondmen 5650 in Egypt, 4714 and the LORD 3068 brought vs out 3318 z8686 of Egypt 4714 x4480 with a mighty 2389 hand. 3027

 6:22 And the LORD 3068 shewed 5414 z8799 signes 226 and wonders, 4159 great 1419 and sore 7451 vpon Egypt, 4714 vpon Pharaoh, 6547 and vpon all x3605 his houshold, 1004 before our eyes: 5869

 6:23 And hee brought vs out 3318 z8689 x853 from thence, x4480 x8033 that x4616 hee might bring vs in, 935 z8687 x853 to giue 5414 z8800 vs x853 the land 776 which x834 hee sware 7650 z8738 vnto our fathers. 1

 6:24 And the LORD 3068 commanded 6680 z8762 vs to doe 6213 z8800 x853 all x3605 these x428 Statutes, 2706 to feare 3372 z8800 the x853 LORD 3068 our God, 430 for our good 2896 alwayes, 3117 x3605 that he might preserue vs aliue, 2421 z8763 as [it is] at this x2088 day. 3117

 6:25 And it shall be x1961 our righteousnes, 6666 if x3588 we obserue 8104 z8799 to doe 6213 z8800 x853 all x3605 these 2063 Commandements, 4687 before 6440 the LORD 3068 our God, 430 as x834 he hath commanded 6680 z8765 vs.
